Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
At Trez VPN ("we", "us", "our"), operated by NordApps LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States), privacy is not a feature — it is the product. This Privacy Policy explains what information we do and do not collect when you use our website, applications and VPN service (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
The short version: we do not log what you do through the VPN, and we collect only the minimum account information needed to provide the Service and charge for it.
1. Our No-Logs Policy
We do not collect, store or share any information about what you do while connected to the VPN. Specifically, we never log:
- Your browsing history or the websites you visit
- Traffic destination, content or metadata of your connections
- DNS queries made through the VPN
- The IP addresses assigned to you by the VPN or your original IP address tied to any activity
- Bandwidth usage tied to your identity or connection timestamps that could be matched to you
Because we do not store this data, we cannot produce it — for anyone.
2. Information We Do Collect
To create and manage your subscription we process a minimal set of account data:
- Account information: the name and email address you provide at checkout, used to deliver your license key and manage your subscription.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and never touch or get stored on our servers. We receive only a payment confirmation, the last four digits of your card and the billing information Stripe shares to manage your subscription.
- License information: your license key and the number of devices it covers, needed to activate the apps.
- Support conversations: if you contact us via live chat (Crisp) or email, we keep the conversation history to help you and improve our support.
- Basic website analytics: we use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics that do not profile individual visitors.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, activate and maintain your VPN subscription
- Process payments, renewals and refunds
- Send transactional emails (license delivery, payment receipts, account notices)
- Respond to support requests
- Prevent fraud and abuse of the Service
- Comply with legal obligations that apply to the limited data we hold
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work (such as remembering your language) and third-party cookies from our support chat and payment processor. For the full list and how to manage them, see our Cookie Policy.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We share the minimum data necessary with a short list of processors that help us run the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
- Crisp — live chat support
- Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and security
- Google Play — distribution of our TV and mobile applications
- Our transactional email provider — delivery of license keys and account emails
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and only for the purpose we engage it for.
6. Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, we retain the minimum billing records required for tax and accounting obligations, and delete or anonymize the rest within a reasonable period. Support conversations are retained only as long as useful to assist you.
7. Deleting Your Data
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time from our account deletion page at trezvpn.com/delete-account, or by contacting support@trezvpn.com. We will confirm the deletion once completed, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
8. Security
We protect data in transit with modern encryption (TLS on the website, strong VPN protocols in the apps) and restrict access to account data to personnel who need it to operate the Service. No system is perfectly secure, but we design ours to hold as little of your data as possible — you cannot leak what you never stored.
9. International Data Transfers
Our infrastructure providers may process the limited account data described above in different countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to protect it.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Receive a portable copy of your data
To exercise any of these rights, email support@trezvpn.com. We respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will notify active subscribers by email before it takes effect.
13. Contact
