Terms of Service

1. The Service

Trez VPN provides a virtual private network service that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers, with applications for supported platforms including Android TV, Google TV, Fire TV, Android, iOS, Windows and macOS. Features, server locations and supported platforms may evolve over time.

2. Subscriptions and Licenses

The Service is sold as a monthly subscription priced per device. At checkout you choose the number of devices you want to cover; your license key activates the Service on up to that number of devices simultaneously. You may adjust the number of devices at any time through the customer portal, and the price adjusts accordingly.

Your license is personal. You may share it with members of your household within your device limit, but you may not resell, sublicense or publicly distribute it.

3. Payments, Billing and Renewals

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal at trezvpn.com/manage; your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. We may change prices with prior notice — price changes take effect at your next renewal, never retroactively.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase — no questions asked. Contact us via live chat or at support@trezvpn.com. The guarantee applies once per customer and to the first billing cycle only; renewal payments are refundable only where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

The Service exists to protect your privacy and security. You agree to use it in compliance with applicable laws. You must not use the Service to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity, including unauthorized access to systems or data
• Send spam or distribute malware
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Harass, defraud or harm others
• Disrupt or degrade the Service or its infrastructure for other users

We do not monitor your traffic — our no-logs policy applies — but we may act on abuse reports tied to our infrastructure and may suspend or terminate accounts involved in the conduct above.

6. Fair Use and Availability

We do not impose bandwidth caps. We may apply reasonable technical measures to protect network integrity for all users. We work to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; maintenance, upgrades or events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including our applications, website, brand and content, is owned by NordApps LLC or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the applications for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Service except where permitted by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free, uninterrupted or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NordApps LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination for breach, no refund is due except where required by law.

11. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes to the Terms, we will notify active subscribers by email or through the Service before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
